Technical Skills Needed :
- Conversational AI Platforms : Expertise in platforms like Yellow.ai, Rasa, Dialogflow CX / ES, Cognigy, Kore.ai, and Microsoft Bot Framework.
- Custom Flow Design : Building dynamic bot flows, NLP tuning, fallback handling, and multi-language support.
- Channel Integrations : Integration across Web, WhatsApp, Facebook, Voice (Google Dialogflow, Amazon Lex).
- Scripting : Proficiency in JavaScript, Node.js, or Python for creating custom logic and dynamic responses.
- NLP Expertise : Intent / entity recognition, NER, slot-filling, dialogue state management, and conversation memory.
- Generative AI (LLM) : Experience with OpenAI GPT, Claude, Cohere integration and prompt engineering (zero-shot, few-shot).
- Voice Bot Development : STT / TTS integration, voice-optimized dialogues, and voice bot platform experience.
- API & Backend : Experience with RESTful APIs , webhooks , event-driven architecture.
- Zendesk Experience : Prior experience with Zendesk (Support, ZIS, or Ticketing API) for bot-to-agent handoff, ticket routing, and integrations would be a plus.
