Site Supervisor – Restaurant / Nightclub Project

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for our restaurant/nightclub project in Noida.
The candidate will be responsible for supervising contractors and workers, monitoring quality and progress, coordinating different trades, and ensuring that work is completed safely, correctly, and as per the approved drawings and project schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per drawings, specifications and instructions.
- Coordinate and monitor civil, flooring, tiling, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, fabrication, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, exhaust and kitchen-related works.
- Manage and coordinate contractors, subcontractors, skilled workers and helpers at site.
- Check workmanship and ensure proper finishing and quality standards.
- Take measurements of completed work and assist in contractor bill verification.
- Monitor material deliveries, material consumption and availability at site.
- Ensure materials are stored properly and prevent unnecessary wastage.
- Coordinate between different contractors to avoid clashes and delays.
- Read and understand basic architectural, civil, electrical and MEP drawings.
- Check dimensions, levels, alignment, slopes and installation details during execution.
- Coordinate with the kitchen team/vendor for equipment installation, plumbing, drainage, gas, electrical and exhaust requirements.
- Supervise waterproofing, tiling, drainage and other critical finishing works.
- Maintain daily site progress and manpower reports.
- Identify site issues and immediately report them to the Project Manager/Project Head.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure work is completed within the required timeline.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safe working conditions at the site.
- Ensure workers follow basic safety requirements and PPE guidelines.
- Coordinate inspection and rectification of snag/punch-list items.
- Support the Project Manager during site meetings, inspections and handovers.
- Ensure the site is ready for subsequent trades and final opening/operation.
Required Experience
- 3–7 years of relevant site supervision experience preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, café, hotel, bar, nightclub, commercial interior or retail projects will be highly preferred.
- Candidates with strong experience in interior fit-out and MEP coordination may also be considered.
- Should be comfortable working with multiple contractors simultaneously.
- Must be able to understand basic drawings and site measurements.
Required Skills
- Strong site supervision and contractor management skills.
- Good understanding of construction and interior finishing.
- Basic knowledge of civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC and exhaust works.
- Ability to identify poor workmanship and execution errors.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/WhatsApp for daily reporting.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.

Salary
- ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per month, depending on experience and technical capability.
- Salary can be negotiated for a highly experienced candidate with strong restaurant/nightclub project experience.
