Job Summary Senior IT Project Manager

- Strategic Portfolio Leadership: Lead planning and execution of large-scale high-risk IT projects ensuring alignment with business strategy and organizational goals.
- Project Delivery: Define project scope objectives deliverables and success criteria; develop detailed project plans and schedules; oversee quality assurance and timely within-budget delivery.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain high-trust relationships with senior executives and global clients; act as main escalation and decision point.
- Mentorship & PMO Development: Mentor junior project managers; contribute to the evolution of internal project management standards (Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Risk & Issue Mitigation: Identify project risks early and develop effective mitigation strategies; stabilize troubled projects when needed.
- Resource & Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and resource allocation across cross-functional teams to ensure optimal productivity and ROI.
- Process Excellence: Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies release readiness reviews and ensure all deliverables meet the Definition of Done (DoD).
- Performance Metrics: Drive project KPIs such as on-time delivery budget adherence stakeholder satisfaction and team productivity improvements.
- Technical & Methodology Expertise: Utilize tools such as Jira MS Project Confluence and Trello; apply advanced knowledge of Agile Kanban and Waterfall frameworks.
- Leadership & Communication: Lead by influence translate technical risks for business leaders resolve conflicts and make decisive decisions under ambiguity.
