We’re looking for a self-motivated Sr. infrastructure to join our Global infrastructure team. We have a relentless focus on driving results for our customers and enabling them to invest more into patient care; in turn, this allows us to continue to grow our company and your career.

By reporting to the Manager, infrastructure Operations, the candidate will be responsible for managing the windows Server, Azure and AWS instances hosted on prem and in cloud from all the aspects. This role will require troubleshooting and a high sense of responsibility for the problems as requests. Communication and timeliness are a must in problem solving, initiating change, and escalation.

Your day-to-day role will include :

• Manage multiple Azure and AWS platforms through multiple product lifecycle environments, from development to mission-critical production systems.
• Configure and maintain Azure and AWS resources and processes, including monitoring of system health and performance, to ensure high levels of performance, availability, and security.
• Apply performance  techniques to ensure development and implementation support efforts meet integration and performance expectations.
• Independently analyse, solve, and correct issues in real time, providing problem resolution end-to-end.
• Refine and automate regular processes, track issues, and document changes.
• Share domain and technical expertise, providing technical mentorship and cross-training to other peers and team members.
• Provide rotation-based 24 / 7 on call support for unplanned outages and planned maintenance / release events.
• Collect and report database performance KPI’s on regular basis.
