Job Title : Infrastructure Lead – AWS

Salary : 12 LPA

Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional for the role of Infrastructure Lead – AWS . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT infrastructure, hands-on AWS expertise, and proven leadership skills to effectively manage and mentor teams. This role requires deep technical knowledge across AWS, on-premises infrastructure, networking, and Linux systems to ensure scalability, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness of solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AWS infrastructure.
Oversee on-premises infrastructure and ensure seamless integration with cloud systems.
Configure and maintain VPCs, subnets, routing, security groups, and load balancers.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to AWS services, Linux / Windows systems, storage, and networking.
Develop and manage automation scripts to enhance operational efficiency; implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Optimize cloud costs through effective monitoring and resource utilization strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, project managers, and business stakeholders, to align technical solutions with organizational objectives.
Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to team members.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for operational procedures, architecture, and troubleshooting guides.

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional) is mandatory.

Experience :

Minimum 6+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and cloud architecture, with significant hands-on experience in AWS.

Proven track record in managing and leading infrastructure teams .

Strong hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, VPC, CloudFormation, and IAM.

Exposure to hybrid (on-prem + cloud) environments.

Technical Skills :

Strong understanding of Linux systems (command-line expertise) , Windows servers, and enterprise networking (DNS, DHCP, Firewalls, VPN, Load Balancers).

Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell .

Experience with IaC tools (CloudFormation, Terraform, or similar).

Strong grasp of monitoring and logging tools (CloudWatch, ELK, Prometheus, etc.).

Working knowledge of other cloud platforms (Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
