Job Description
Communicate process and provide status to candidates, hiring managers and stakeholders. Build and maintain relationship with candidates during the recruiting cycle. Manage assessment according to the position requirements, schedule and participate in interviews or panel sessions. Assess, prepare and extend offer letters. Maintain up to date market knowledge and expertise in various geographical recruitment trends. Improve delivery, quality, diversity and cost targets for recruiting processes.
