Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Fitter with 1-2 years of experience to assemble, install,

maintain, and repair mechanical equipment and machinery. The candidate should have basic technical

knowledge, be able to read simple engineering drawings, and work safely in a manufacturing

environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble and fit mechanical components as per drawings or work instructions.
• Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of machinery and equipment.
• Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments effectively.
• Carry out routine inspection and basic troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure proper alignment and fitting of machine parts.
• Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
• Maintain cleanliness of the work area and tools.
• Coordinate with supervisors and team members to complete assigned tasks.
  
  

Required Skills & Competencies

 Basic knowledge of mechanical fitting and assembly.

 Ability to read basic engineering drawings.

 Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper and Measuring Tape.

 Knowledge of hand and power tools.

 Good problem-solving and teamwork skills.

 Willingness to learn and work in shifts if required.
