What You'll Be Doing

• Work closely with senior leadership on strategic and business-critical initiatives.
• Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support decision-making.
• Analyze business data and identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
• Create presentations, reports, dashboards, and business documentation for leadership reviews.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are executed seamlessly.
• Track key business initiatives, timelines, and stakeholder deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Take ownership of special projects and contribute to high-impact business priorities.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has 1–2 years of experience in Business Analysis, Strategy, Business Operations, Consulting, or a similar analytical role.
• Is naturally curious and enjoys solving complex business problems.
• Has strong analytical thinking and excellent attention to detail.
• Communicates confidently and collaborates effectively with stakeholders across functions.
• Is proactive, self-driven, and comfortable taking ownership.
• Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where priorities evolve quickly.
• Is proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft 365.
