Role Description The Social Media Manager will manage Kiaayo’s presence across social media platforms, including planning, creating, and publishing content aligned with brand objectives. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing social media campaigns, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring performance metrics, and responding to audience interactions in a timely and professional manner should also be well wersed with running ads across all social media platforms and an out of the box thinker to creat fresh content for the brand's better visibility across all social media platforms The role involves collaborating with internal teams to understand business priorities, maintaining a consistent brand voice, and staying updated on social media trends and platform best practices. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, requiring regular coordination with marketing and leadership teams to support broader communication and promotional initiatives.

Qualifications

. Should have done a proper social media course

. Must have minimum 2 of experience in social media management

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan and manage effective campaigns.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy and Writing to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent social media content.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to interact with internal teams and engage with audiences professionally.
• Working knowledge of major social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, , X), analytics tools, and basic reporting skills is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, preferably in a brand or agency environment, is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with attention to detail is expected.
