Are you an experienced hospital pharmacist with specialised skills in cancer care?

Canberra Health Services is seeking a skilled and motivated pharmacist to join our Oncology and Haematology team within the world-class Canberra Region Cancer Centre. · Deliver advanced clinical pharmacy services to oncology and haematology patients, including multidisciplinary ward rounds, medication reviews, and patient counselling.

· Collaborate with medical, nursing, and allied health professionals in a progressive, multidisciplinary environment.

· Contribute to education, research, and quality improvement initiatives that shape cancer pharmacy practice, including clinical trial protocols.

The position is offered on site on a permanent full-time basis and includes working shifts outside of standard business hours, including weekends and on call. Candidates must be able to work these shift hours.
