Assistant Sales Manager - Real Estate

Role: Assistant Manager – Sales - Real Estate

This role requires strong customer interaction, field engagement, and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:

● Connect and communicate effectively with potential buyers.

● Manage leads from the first interaction to deal closure.

● Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (brokers) to generate business.

● Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable property options.

● Ensure consistent follow-ups and provide timely information to customers.

● Stay updated on property listings, pricing, and market trends.

● Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system.

● Position our company effectively against competitors.

● Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.

Requirements:

● 1–7 years of experience in Real Estate, Hospitality, Automobile, Insurance, or other sales-driven industries (preferred but not mandatory).

● Strong motivation to meet and exceed sales targets.

● Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

● Fluency in English is required; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.

● Strong customer-first mindset and disciplined follow-up approach.

● Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple customer conversations simultaneously.

● Comfortable working on weekends, as most site visits happen during this time.

● Willingness to travel across Bangalore.

● Must own a two-wheeler or a car. Work Structure
