Event Marketing Coordinator

We are looking for an Event Marketing Coordinator to join a leading MNC and take ownership of planning, managing, and executing high-impact regional and national events. The role will be responsible for delivering events that strengthen brand visibility, enhance customer engagement, support commercial objectives, and create meaningful experiences for internal and external stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and proactive event professional with strong experience in end-to-end event management, stakeholder coordination, agency/vendor management, budgeting, and event analytics.

Key Responsibilities

Event Strategy & Planning

• Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of conferences, customer engagement programs, product launches, workshops, open days, leadership events, and internal meetings.
• Develop event strategies and detailed execution plans aligned with business, commercial, marketing, and brand objectives.
• Translate business objectives into engaging event concepts, experiences, and execution plans.
• Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, milestones, responsibilities, budgets, dependencies, and risk mitigation.

Event Operations & Execution

• Manage all aspects of event logistics including venue sourcing, vendor selection, contracting, attendee management, travel coordination, production, registration, and on-site execution.
• Act as the primary point of contact during event execution and proactively resolve operational challenges.
• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and in line with agreed quality standards.
• Coordinate multiple stakeholders and workstreams to ensure seamless event delivery.

Stakeholder & Agency Management

• Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Leadership teams, and external agencies.
• Manage relationships with event agencies, production houses, suppliers, venues, and other partners.
• Brief and manage agencies to ensure high-quality execution, cost efficiency, and adherence to timelines.
• Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to achieve optimal commercial outcomes

Branding & Customer Experience

• Ensure all event touchpoints reflect the organization's brand guidelines, positioning, and strategic messaging.
• Partner with internal marketing teams to develop event communication plans, promotional materials, presentations, signage, digital assets, and attendee engagement initiatives
