Lead Engineer - Full stack developer

Job Description IndiGo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Engineer - Full Stack Developer with expertise in analysis, design, and development using Microsoft technologies. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, coupled with a strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies. You will play a pivotal role in architecting and delivering scalable, high-performance software solutions across our critical systems. Responsibilities - System Architecture & Design: Plan, design, and develop scalable and efficient technology systems that adhere to market standards and incorporate competitive technologies. Ensure that the system architecture supports high performance, reliability, and security. - Frontend & Backend Development: Develop and maintain user-facing applications (frontend) and server-side logic (backend) using technologies such as C#, .NET, MVC, .NET Core, and Micro Frontend. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code for seamless integration between frontend and backend systems. - API & Microservices: Design, build, and maintain APIs and microservices architecture to enhance scalability and modularity. Employ tools like WebAPI and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment and management of services. - DevOps & Continuous Integration: Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement automated pipelines using Jenkins, Kafka, and OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). Ensure continuous integration, delivery, and monitoring to optimize the development lifecycle. - Database Management: Develop and manage data models and storage solutions using SQL Server. Optimize database performance, ensure data integrity, and troubleshoot issues when they arise. - Agile Collaboration: Work effectively in Agile teams, actively participating in sprints and delivering solutions in iterative cycles. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Skills - Technical Expertise: - Programming: Strong proficiency in C#, .NET, MVC, .NET Core, and experience with Micro Frontend. - Frameworks & Tools: Expertise in WebAPI, Microservices, concepts of DevOps, and specific tools like SonarQube, Kubernetes, Kafka, Jenkins, OpenShift Container Platform (OCP). - Database Management: Proficient in SQL Server. - Methodologies: Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile practices and WCF. - Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Strong enthusiasm for learning and adapting to emerging technologies. Qualifications - Education: Graduation in any discipline. - Experience: Minimum 10 years in development, including a proven track record in a Technical Lead role.
