About the Role

We’re looking for an Influencer Campaign Executive who can take an influencer campaign from brief to live without dropping the ball.

You’ll work closely with creators, talent managers, brands, and internal teams finding the right creators, managing conversations, coordinating content, and making sure campaigns go live smoothly.

What You’ll Do

• Find and shortlist creators who fit the brand, audience, and campaign brief.
• Reach out to creators and talent managers for collaborations.
• Negotiate commercials, deliverables, and timelines.
• Brief creators and coordinate content submissions and approvals.
• Manage campaigns from creator onboarding to content going live.
• Keep track of multiple creators, deliverables, and deadlines at the same time.
• Build strong relationships with creators and talent managers.
• Work closely with internal teams to solve campaign blockers quickly.
• Track campaign performance and support reporting.
• Stay plugged into new creators, content formats, and social media trends.

You’ll Fit Right In If

• You have 1+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, or campaign execution.
• You understand how the Indian creator ecosystem works.
• You’ve directly worked with creators or talent managers.
• You’re confident with outreach, follow-ups, and negotiations.
• You’re organised and can manage multiple campaigns without things slipping through the cracks.
• You communicate clearly and enjoy working with people.
• You’re comfortable in a fast-moving environment where things can change quickly.

Bonus Points

You’ve worked at an influencer marketing agency, creator platform, or digital agency and already have a good network of creators/talent managers.
