Senior Designer

We're looking for a Senior Designer with 6–7 years of experience who believes that design is as much about thinking as it is about making.

At The Bridge, we work with brands at important moments in their journey - launches, transformations, repositioning, growth. We are a small, senior-led team where strategy and creativity are closely intertwined, and every project demands clarity before execution.

We're looking for someone who has a strong design foundation, but is equally excited about where design is headed.

What we're looking for

• A graduate from a reputed design school (NID, IDC, Srishti, MIT ID, Pearl, or equivalent).
• 6–7 years of experience in branding, communication design or integrated creative work.
• Exceptional command over typography, layout, visual systems and storytelling.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• A portfolio that demonstrates both craft and conceptual thinking.
