Job title: MSP Sr Client Services Professional

Working Schedule: Night shift to match US time zones

Role Overview:

Support daily operations of the MSP/VMS program at client locations by assisting client managers, staffing partners, and contingent workers. Use VMS tools to maintain an organized process for sourcing workers and ensuring system accuracy. Assist with administrative tasks, multi-task efficiently, and provide high customer service to clients, suppliers, and workers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the liaison between US clients and suppliers, ensuring SLAs are met and relationships improve the program.
• Serve as POC for VMS functions, manage system data, and monitor requisition approvals.
• Ensure job requisitions are filled promptly with qualified candidates and review CVs for compliance.
• Coordinate interviews and manage difficult-to-fill positions.
• Oversee new worker onboarding and ensure VMS supplier data is accurate.
• Handle weekly timecard approval, troubleshoot issues, and support the billing team.
• Deliver and present reports to clients and suppliers, resolve admin issues, and provide process improvements.
• Assist with supplier setup, project documentation, and HR-related issues for workers.
• Manage group inboxes, compliance documentation, and support with special projects.
• Demonstrate organization skills, critical thinking, proactiveness and problem resolution.

Qualifications:

• Experience in MSP environments.
• Strong communication skills, report writing, and presentation abilities.
• Fluent in English, able to work night shift
• 3+ years experience working in MSP Companies working for the US
• Experienced in managing Fieldglass or Beeline
• Experienced working US schedules - night shift
