Video Editor

We're not looking for a traditional video editor—we're looking for a Performance Creative Editor who knows how to create videos that drive clicks, conversions, and revenue. Your focus will be editing high-performing Meta ads using UGC, product, and lifestyle content while constantly testing new hooks, pacing, messaging, and creative frameworks to improve performance. What You'll Do - Edit and optimize Meta video ads for direct-response campaigns. - Create multiple creative variations for testing. - Collaborate with media buyers, copywriters, and designers. - Iterate based on performance data, not personal preference. What We're Looking For - Experience editing paid social ads (Meta preferred). - Strong understanding of hooks, retention, pattern interrupts, UGC pacing, text hierarchy, and ad fatigue. - Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (After Effects is a plus). - DTC or eCommerce experience is preferred.
