SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING EXECUTIVE - FEMALE in Pune

As a social media marketing executive at LeadNexus, you'll work on exciting branding and digital marketing projects across multiple industries like fashion, F&B, FMCG, beauty, and skincare brands. Depending on your skills and interests, you'll contribute to social media content creation, content planning, influencer marketing, campaign coordination, and community management.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and execute engaging social media content strategies for client brands.
• Plan monthly content calendars, captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
• Create, shoot, and edit reels and short-form videos using a smartphone.
• Design basic creatives using Canva or Adobe tools (preferred).
• Publish posts, stories, and other social media content across Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms.
• Monitor engagement, respond to comments, messages, and maintain active online communities.
• Research trends, viral content ideas, competitor activities, and platform updates.
• Track social media insights and prepare basic performance reports.
• Coordinate with influencers and content creators for collaborations and campaigns.
• Identify suitable influencers based on brand requirements and maintain influencer databases.
• Reach out to influencers via email, Instagram, or other platforms and manage communication throughout collaborations.
• Coordinate with clients and influencers to ensure timely content delivery and campaign execution.
• Maintain campaign trackers, follow up on pending deliverables, and ensure smooth influencer coordination.
• Collaborate with designers, video editors, and the marketing team to execute campaigns successfully.
