Role Description Business Development Executive We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team. In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, connecting with potential clients, and building long-term relationships. You'll represent The Oglas, understand client requirements, present our services, and help businesses find the right marketing solutions. Your Responsibilities - Identify and connect with potential clients through different channels. - Generate new business opportunities and qualify leads. - Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients. - Schedule meetings and coordinate with the internal team. - Follow up with prospects and maintain regular communication. - Negotiate and close business opportunities. - Achieve monthly sales and business development targets. - Keep track of leads, meetings, and client interactions. - Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities. Qualifications We're looking for someone who has: - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Strong sales and client relationship-building skills. - A target-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving goals. - A confident, positive, and proactive attitude. - Good negotiation and persuasion skills. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team. - Basic knowledge of digital marketing or advertising is an added advantage. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace. - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. - Freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
