Salesforce Business Analyst

LanceSoft Technologies is seeking a Senior Principal Consultant – Salesforce Business Analyst (Field Service Lightning – FSL) to drive business process optimization and digital transformation. This role involves requirement analysis, process improvements, functional design, and stakeholder collaboration to enhance Salesforce FSL implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements to relay them to technology teams.
• Model business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assess existing (as-is) vs. proposed (to-be) solutions, identifying risks, benefits, and impacts.
• Write functional design documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases.
• Support implementation, testing, training, and change management initiatives.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including mid-management and ground-level teams.
• Facilitate requirement-gathering workshops and ensure alignment with business goals.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant experience in Business Analysis with a focus on Salesforce Field Service Lightning (FSL).
• Proficiency in Salesforce platform, including FSL, workflow automation, and CRM processes.
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills to translate business needs into solutions.
• Experience in writing functional design documents & user stories for Agile projects.
• Hands-on experience in complex software projects and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written) to interact with stakeholders effectively.

• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience in handling multiple teams.
• Ability to make independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident presenter with the ability to communicate technical concepts to business users.
