About the Role

We are looking for a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter to drive end-to-end hiring across technical and non-technical roles. The ideal candidate should have excellent sourcing skills, experience engaging passive candidates, and the ability to manage the recruitment lifecycle while partnering closely with hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
• Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter to source high-quality passive candidates through advanced search techniques and Boolean strings.
• Build talent pipelines for niche and leadership hiring across IT and corporate functions.
• Screen candidates through telephonic/video interviews and assess technical as well as cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless candidate experience.
• Prepare and maintain candidate trackers, recruitment reports, and hiring dashboards.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand hiring needs and provide market intelligence.
• Manage offer negotiations, candidate engagement, and joining follow-ups.
• Maintain a strong employer brand through professional candidate communication.

Required Skills

• 3–6 years of Talent Acquisition experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter (mandatory).
• Expertise in Boolean search, X-ray search, and passive candidate sourcing.
• Experience hiring for IT roles such as Developers, QA, Cloud, Data, DevOps, ERP, etc.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment reporting.
• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring leadership or niche technology roles.
• Exposure to Naukri Recruiter, Indeed, or other sourcing platforms.
• Knowledge of recruitment metrics and market mapping.
• Experience working in an IT services or staffing organization.
