Project Manager - MS Business Central / MS Dynamics

We are urgently hiring a Sr. Project Manager - Microsoft Business Central / MS Dynamics with one of our product based MNC client at Pune Location

Experience - 10+ years

Primary Skills

• End to end implementation on O2C & Navison.
• Alternative multiple modules in any other ERP
• Proven experience in Distribution management system implementation by having experience of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay function in Business Central/Navision is a plus.
• Manage the roadmap, budget, resource engagement, cash out and reforecast
• Manage staff objectives, performance
• Assess staff competency, define improvement areas and training plan

MISSION:

• Managing Distribution domain information systems (master application retail solution based on Navision and eco-systems) to support global network
• Steer the activity of a domain, centered around design, build, integrate and maintain information systems
• To lead a team with Functional and technical architects, Functional analysts, Developers,

Support, etc. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the solution deployment, build or select commercial package
• Manage customer requirements, define and validate projects plan, manage the portfolio of projects and maintenance
• Manage the roadmap, budget, resource engagement, cash out and reforecast
• Manage detail team activity plan, staffing
• Manage staff objectives, performance
• Assess staff competency, define improvement areas and training plan
• Establish the team way of working, apply quality system defined by entity
• Manage partner and supplier
• Lead important projects with a strong mindset of TCO (total cost ownership)
• Manage project stakeholders, scope, budget, plan, resource, risk, change, supplier, etc.
• Define the wise approach to maintain the local applications (Legacy)
• Focus on continuous improvement of the team performance

Mandatory skills:

• Proven experience of managing an end to end ERP implementation is a mandatory.
• Proven experience in Distribution management system implementation by having experience of Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay function in Business Central/Navision is a plus.
