Company Description Tutedude is an e-learning platform founded by IIT Delhi alumni, offering self-paced courses enhanced by 1:1 live doubt solving and personal mentorship. The platform combines the flexibility of recorded content with the interactivity of live sessions, giving learners a classroom-like experience at their own pace and time.

Role Description The Customer Success Intern will support learners throughout their journey on Tutedude, ensuring a smooth and engaging experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include responding to learner queries, providing timely customer support, and guiding users through course features and platform navigation. The intern will help track learner progress, identify challenges, and collaborate with the team to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Additional tasks may involve collecting feedback, preparing simple reports, and assisting in the execution of learner engagement initiatives. This is an on-site internship role based in Gurugram.

Qualifications

• Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction and deliver quality Customer Service.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with learners and internal teams.
• Experience or interest in Customer Support, including handling queries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Analytical Skills to interpret feedback and basic data points to suggest improvements in learner experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills, empathy, and a learner-first mindset.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced startup environment.
• Current student or recent graduate in any discipline; prior internship experience in customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Familiarity with online learning platforms or the edtech sector is beneficial.
