Associate - CRM (SS&C SalesConnect)

Job Overview

Key responsibilities

• Create and maintain rules that automatically determine Distribution Channels and Subchannels, ensuring data is categorized accurately.
• Implement complex selection criteria to apply transaction account labels, change transaction codes, and reassign Trading IDs (firm/office/rep) on incoming data.
• Set up and manage security rules to control which users (Wholesalers, Managers) see specific tools, controls, and pages.
• Customize the SalesConnect dashboard and sitemap to improve user workflows and navigation.
• Perform data hygiene to validate inbound leads from web-form submissions, phone calls, or file uploads.
• Enable the sales team by ensuring all sales activities and contacts are accurately reflected in the CRM system.
• Support the integration of new intermediary connections and maintain existing relationships in the system.

Key competencies

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration or Information Systems.
• Over 3 years of experience with proficiency in configuring the SalesConnect interface, including user personas, sitemaps, and security rules to control access to tools, pages, and data.
• Understanding of intermediary data formats (mutual fund sales, assets, transactions) and how they translate to sales reporting and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
• Expertise in designing complex rules (logic-based, exclusion, pass-through) to map incoming trade or asset data to specific channels, sub-channels, and intermediaries.
• Skilled in managing multiple projects and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Open to working during the US business hours.
