Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying new leads for Growtality’s restaurant technology solutions, using online research, databases, and outbound outreach. Day-to-day responsibilities include building and maintaining lead lists, executing email and phone campaigns, nurturing prospects, and collaborating with the sales team to hand off qualified opportunities. The specialist will track lead activities in CRM tools, analyze campaign performance, and suggest improvements to increase conversion rates. This role interacts regularly with sales and marketing teams to ensure a steady pipeline of potential restaurant clients.

Qualifications

• Ability to identify and manage new leads and lead generation activities across multiple channels.
• Strong communication and sales skills to engage prospects, understand their needs, and present solutions clearly.
• Research skills to gather accurate market, prospect, and competitor information.
• Comfort with CRM systems and basic sales/marketing tools; proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Previous experience in lead generation, inside sales, or business development, preferably in SaaS or hospitality tech.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
