Tendering Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Executive to manage end-to-end tender documentation, bid submissions, and related administrative activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in handling government and private sector tenders, coordinating with internal departments, and ensuring timely and accurate submission of bids.

Key Responsibilities

• Search and monitor government and private tender portals for relevant business opportunities.
• Prepare, compile, and submit tender documents within prescribed timelines.
• Review tender eligibility criteria, technical specifications, and commercial terms.
• Prepare technical and commercial bid documents as per tender requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Projects, Purchase, Accounts, and Management teams for required documentation.
• Upload and manage tender submissions on Gem, CPP Portal, and other e-tendering platforms.
• Maintain records of submitted tenders, EMDs, Bank Guarantees (BGs), bid status, and important deadlines.
• Respond to tender-related clarifications and amendments from clients.
• Prepare compliance statements, checklists, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and maintain insurance-related documentation as required.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and tender submission guidelines.
• Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports related to tender activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in commerce, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in tender documentation and tender management.
• Experience with Gem, CPP Portal, State Government e-Tender Portals, and other e-procurement platforms.
• Experience in insurance documentation will be an added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and PDF editing tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
