Job Title: Node.js Developer

Designation: SDE 1 & SDE 2

Location: Delhi NCR

Start Date: Immediately

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred).

• 1-6 years of professional experience in backend software development.

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS frameworks.

• Expertise with MongoDB, Redis, and Kafka.

• Experience with Docker, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Familiarity with Kubernetes for container orchestration.

• Good understanding of microservices architecture and system design principles.

• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Knowledge of performance monitoring tools (Datadog) and ELK stack (Elasticsearch,

Logstash, Kibana) is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.

• Take technical ownership of projects and features, ensuring high performance and

reliability.

• Architect and enhance microservices within a distributed system.

• Collaborate with frontend, product, and DevOps teams to define and deliver solutions.

• Participate in code reviews, ensuring high-quality, maintainable code.

• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Docker and Jenkins.

• Manage and monitor deployments using Kubernetes.

• Work with databases such as MongoDB, Redis, and messaging systems like Kafka.

• Monitor and optimize application performance using tools such as Datadog.

• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues as part of a shared on-call rotation.

• Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and contribute to engineering best

practices.
