Job Title: Senior Power Platform Developer

Seniority Level: Senior

Experience Required: 4-6 years

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Teams).
Customize and extend SharePoint (modern sites, lists, libraries, web parts) and build integrations using REST/OData, OAuth2.0, CSOM/JSOM, and PowerShell.
Provide architecture, configuration, administration, security hardening, and documentation; own project estimates, timelines, and client communications.
Lead SharePoint migrations, workflow design (Nintex/SharePoint Designer), and support cross-functional teams in an Agile-Scrum environment.

Must-Have Skills/Technologies

Microsoft Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Virtual Agents, Power BI, Dynamics 365, Teams)
SharePoint (modern & classic, migrations, CSOM/JSOM, REST/OData, PowerShell)

Good-to-Have Skills/Technologies

React (for SharePoint UI customizations)
Gulp / Yeoman (build tooling for SharePoint projects)
Office Fabric UI / Fluent UI
Microsoft Teams integration (beyond core Power Platform usage)
Agile-Scrum methodology & workflow tools (Nintex, SharePoint Designer)
