Role Description This full-time, on-site Registered Nurse role is based in Kozhikode. The Registered Nurse will provide high-quality patient care, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions in collaboration with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Daily responsibilities include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications and treatments, maintaining accurate medical records, and educating patients and families on care plans and health management. The role also involves adhering to clinical protocols, infection control standards, and safety procedures, while contributing to a supportive, respectful care environment.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, care planning, and hands-on patient management.
• Candidates should possess proficiency in medication administration, documentation, and adherence to evidence-based nursing protocols.
• Candidates should possess effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and supporting patients and families.
• Candidates should possess good organizational and time-management capabilities to handle multiple patients and tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Active nursing license/registration as a Registered Nurse, meeting local regulatory requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Nursing from an accredited institution; additional certifications in critical care, emergency care, or specialty areas are an advantage.
• Prior experience in hospital or clinical settings is preferred, with a strong commitment to patient safety and quality of care.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, maintain professional ethics, and engage in continuous learning and skill development.
