Job Title : Software Developer (Backend)

Responsibilities :

- Analyze and troubleshoot challenges affecting the efficiency of processes and software.

- Design, develop, and implement effective engineering solutions.

- Write, test, and maintain reliable, high-performance code.

- Deploy code to production environments and monitor its performance.

- Identify and resolve production issues quickly and effectively.

Qualifications :

- 0-2 years of professional experience or a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

- Proficiency in Python and Django development.

- Strong expertise in PostgreSQL and Git for database and version control management.

- Familiarity with pandas and NumPy for data handling and optimization.

- Additional knowledge of Redis, WebSockets, and Bash scripting is a strong plus.

- Working knowledge of Linux operating systems.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- Trading knowledge is a plus.
