Surge Technology Solutions - Camunda Platform Administrator

Job Description :

Location : Pune.

Key Responsibilities :

- Install, configure, administer, and maintain Camunda Platform (Camunda 7/8) across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.

- Manage platform upgrades, patching, deployments, and environment configurations.

- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root cause analysis (RCA).

- Deploy and manage BPMN workflows, DMN decision tables, and process applications.

- Configure authentication, user management, role-based access control, and LDAP/SSO integration.

- Manage Camunda deployments on Docker, Kubernetes, or OpenShift environments.

- Monitor performance using Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, or Splunk, and optimize system performance.

- Support CI/CD pipelines, release management, backup, disaster recovery, and automation activities.

- Collaborate with Development, DevOps, Infrastructure, and Database teams to ensure platform stability and availability.

- Prepare technical documentation and provide production support as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of strong administration experience with Camunda 7 and/or Camunda 8.

- Hands-on experience with Zeebe, Operate, Task list, Identity, and Optimize.

- Expertise in Linux, Docker, Kubernetes/OpenShift, and containerized deployments.

- Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, Oracle, or MySQL databases.

- Experience with Jenkins, Git, Maven, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Splunk for monitoring and logging.

- Knowledge of LDAP, Active Directory, Key cloak, OAuth2/SSO integration.

- Strong troubleshooting, performance tuning, scripting (Shell/Python), and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, and team leadership skills.
