Role Description The Customer Support Representative is a full-time remote role responsible for delivering high-quality support to Freyja’s global customer base. In this role, you will respond to customer inquiries via email, chat, and other digital channels, ensuring timely, clear, and empathetic communication. You will assist customers with account-related questions, order issues, product information, and basic technical troubleshooting related to the platform. The position involves logging and tracking support requests, escalating complex issues when needed, and following up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to share customer feedback, contribute to support documentation, and help improve overall user experience. Qualifications - Strong Customer Support and Customer Service skills, with a focus on empathetic, solution-oriented interactions. - Ability to maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction through proactive follow-up and clear expectations. - Excellent Communication skills, including concise written communication and professional digital etiquette. - Proficiency in Troubleshooting common user and account issues, with the ability to escalate technical problems appropriately. - Comfort working in a fast-paced startup environment and adapting to evolving processes and tools. - Prior experience in e-commerce, fashion, or tech support is beneficial but not required. - Reliable internet connection, strong time-management skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. - Relevant education or training in customer service, communications, or a related field is a plus.
