This exciting opportunity of a full-time role based in Gurgaon (India) will allow you to collaborate with the local team as well as learn from our incredible global network. You will manage and drive our strategy expertise and be someone who is familiar with the Indian landscape.

KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Live and breathe their areas of expertise day in and day out to bring real time knowledge.

Conduct daily scans across their passion areas for timely relevance driving cultural signals.

• Drive daily cultural opportunities in AIM (with context around trends conversations emerging influencers new competitors vernacular how its showing up on platforms etc) so teams can optimize these signals authentically.
• Identify data-driven insights in a logical flow in order to deliver a compelling and enlightening story to client.
• Bring the consumers world to life through the use of qualitative and cultural mining plus insightful synthesis of quantitative research.
• Demonstrate analytical and strategic skills to help solve clients business problems.
• Partner closely with Creative Captains to ensure cultural insights and signals are actionable and fuel AIM sessions and inspire high-performing content.
• Deliver MRR / QRRs Thought Leadership on relevance in these areas brand opportunities.
• Continuously expand on expertise by pairing existing passions with new learning/areas..
• Serve as a flexible strategic resourcedeployable across multiple accounts / initiatives.
• Facilitating brainstorms workshops and ideation sessions that drive greater creativity and innovation.
• Strategic thinking ability with balanced analytical and creative approach to integrated marketing planning.
• Understanding of multiple channels for communications and connections and their role in brand and content marketing

EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED

• 5 years experience in social analytics & strategy in a creative advertising agency or in-house min 2 years India market..
• Delivers work independently on all tasks and achieves results at pace with energy and drive.
• Actively participates in and leads collaborative sessions with clients and teams.
• Executes a strong sense of priority level and urgency; knows how to act on the critical difference between the two.
• Manages the ongoing performance of different tasks or projects as well as understanding and ownership of internal processes for quality assurance.
• Tackles challenges in a responsive and constructive way.
  

  Y/ou would be leading a team of talented strategists social listening analysts and community experts. As such there are many hats youd have to wear from day 1. You would need to conduct research write briefs guide work pitch to clients - really anything and everything it takes to get the job done and deliver fantastic big bold beautiful work.
