Project Manager - SuccessFactors

It is an in-house role with a Manufacturing Organisation based out of Gurugram.

5 days working, work from office.

Band: Manager-HR Technology (individual contributor role), reporting to Head-HR SuccessFactors certification in one or more modules (e.g., Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning) is strongly preferred. PMP or other project management certification is a plus.

Work Experience:

Ideally 5 yrs - 8 yrs.

Skills:

- Project Management: Ability to manage end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation project.

- Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal teams and external partners.

- Technical Skills: Hands-on with SuccessFactors configuration and system testing (UAT).

- Data Management: Experience with data migration and validation.

- Training & Support: Conduct or coordinate end-user training and post-go-live support.

- Documentation: Create and maintain clear, detailed project and system documentation.

- Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage relationships with implementation partners and vendors.

KPIs :

- On-Time Project Delivery: 100% milestones delivered as per approved timeline.

- Design & Configuration Quality: UAT defect rate below 2%.

- Data Migration Accuracy: 100% master data accuracy with 100% mandatory field completeness before go-live.

- Integration Stability: Successful integration with payroll and side car systems; interface error rate 0% post go-live.

- Zero Critical Go-Live Issues: No high-severity production defects during first 30 days of stabilization.

- Training & Change Readiness: 100% target users trained before go-live.
