Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead cross-functional teams and drive successful project delivery in an Agile environment. The ideal candidate should have strong project management expertise, hands-on Scrum Master experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with US-based stakeholders. You will be responsible for planning, execution, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and ensuring Agile best practices across projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive end-to-end project management activities, ensuring successful project delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.

- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and serve as the Scrum Master for cross-functional teams.

- Create and maintain project plans, sprint backlogs, and workflows using JIRA and Monday.com.

- Manage JIRA boards, ensuring accurate tracking of tasks, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

- Collaborate closely with Client Product Owners (POs), Business Analysts (BAs), and other stakeholders to prioritize requirements and align project objectives.

- Lead and mentor Project Management and Scrum teams while managing large distributed teams.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to ensure timely delivery.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and stakeholder management.

- Ensure adherence to Agile methodologies and continuous process improvement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 7+ years of experience in Project Management with hands-on Scrum Master experience.

- Strong expertise in JIRA and Monday.com.

- Proven experience managing large teams and leading Project Management/Scrum functions.

- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and client-facing communication skills.

- Experience working directly with Client Product Owners (POs) and Business Analysts (BAs).

- Ability to collaborate effectively with US stakeholders in overlapping time zones.

- Strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.

- Confident personality with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile :

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments with global clients.

- Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills.

- Comfortable working in hybrid mode from Pune and supporting US business hours.
