Job Description
Role Overview

We are seeking experienced BIM Architects and BIM Structural Engineers with 4 to 7 years of professional experience in Revit-based BIM environments.
The selected candidates will be responsible for delivering accurate BIM models, coordinating across disciplines, and ensuring adherence to project standards and client requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed Revit models for Architecture or Structure trades.
  
• Prepare construction drawings, sections, elevations, and schedules from BIM models.
  
• Coordinate with other disciplines (Structure, Architecture, MEP) to ensure design consistency.
  
• Review drawings, markups, and specifications for completeness and accuracy.
  
• Conduct clash detection and resolve coordination issues using Navisworks or similar tools.
  
• Follow BIM Execution Plans, templates, and company standards for model quality.
  
• Support model QA/QC reviews and mentor team members when required.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil, or Structural Engineering.
  
• Experience in technical design, detailing, or construction documentation.
  
• Strong understanding of building systems, materials, and coordination workflows.
  
• Basic knowledge of Autodesk Revit is mandatory.
  
• Proficiency in Navisworks, AutoCAD, or BIM 360 is an added advantage.
  
• Excellent technical, analytical, and communication skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on international (US/UK) projects.
  
• Familiarity with LOD standards, BIM workflows, and QA/QC documentation.
  
• Working knowledge of 4D Simulation, Dynamo, automation plugins or AI-driven BIM workflows is a strong plus.
  

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications: · Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering. · 6-10 years of experience in RC detailing using AutoCAD and CADS RC (or equivalent software). · Strong working knowledge of Revit Structural with hands-on modeling and detailing experience. · Proficient in project planning and monitoring through Zoho Projects (or similar PM tools). · Excellent understanding of UK/US/ME RC detailing standards (as applicable). · Strong leadership and problem-solving skills with the ability to guide and motivate teams. · Effective communication, coordination, and reporting abilities. Preferred Attributes: · Knowledge of Tekla · Experience in handling large-scale or multi-disciplinary projects. · Familiarity with BIM workflows and collaboration tools. · Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high quality.
