We’re Hiring : HR Executive (Minimum 5 Years’ Experience)

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end HR operations : recruitment, onboarding, payroll, compliance
• Designing and implementing HR policies & procedures
• Employee engagement, performance management, and grievance handling
• Driving training & development initiatives
• Maintaining statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.)
