Human Resources (HR) Associate in Kalyan, Mumbai, Mumbai, Thane, Dombivli

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, coordination, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Prepare HR documents, including offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and experience letters.
• Maintain employee records, HR files, and digital documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Track employee attendance, leave, and regularity through HRMS/ERP systems.
• Coordinate probation reviews, confirmations, appraisals, and performance management activities.
• Assist with employee engagement, training, and development initiatives.
• Support HR policy implementation and ensure employee compliance.
• Coordinate employee exit formalities, full and final settlements, and clearance processes.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and documentation.
• Coordinate with accounts and management for payroll inputs and HR compliance.
• Maintain HR reports, recruitment trackers, employee databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure timely communication through email, Bitrix, and other official channels.
• Support day-to-day HR and administrative operations as assigned by management.
