Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a key operational contact for Program / Project Financial Management for Product & Technology
• Co-ordinate, manage and provide support to the portfolio leads in P&T. Support activities including project estimation, costing / financials, reporting.
• Act as the projects teams' key interface with client's finance and funding processes, working with all the required project financial systems such as SAPphire, EPM, Jira.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of common processes, standards, and templates.
• Regularly report on Program / Project financial results against plan to stakeholders and management.
• Carry out analysis and reporting with commentaries. Escalate unanticipated variations for response.
• Assist with the development and maintenance of management reports and analyses on the performance of investment initiatives against key metrics – costs, milestones, and realisation of benefits.
• Prepare materials and analysis as required for key capital review meetings.
• Produce comprehensive analysis and reports for stakeholders to understand key drivers of financial performance.
