Oracle HCM EBS Expert
This role requires a hybrid technical and functional expert to manage, optimize and support Oracle E Business Suite (EBS) Human Capital Management (HCM) modules.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyse business requirements for Oracle HCM modules HR Core, Payroll, Self Service, Absence Management
- Map business processes to Oracle HCM functionality and identify gaps
- Design implement Fast Formulas for Payroll, Absence Management
- Configure Oracle HCM modules document application setups
- Write business requirement documents for reports interfaces data conversions extensions
- Define testing scenarios develop test scripts support execution
- Develop end user documentation deliver training sessions
Technical Duties :
Customize enhance Oracle EBS HCM modules using PL SQL, Oracle Forms Reports, Oracle WorkflowDevelop maintain technical documentation system processesPerform system audits troubleshoot issues ensure data integrity securitySupport system upgrades patch applications integration testingCollaborate with IT HR teams ensure seamless system functionalityPerform OAF Customizations including personalization extension development custom pagesConfigure support Oracle HCM setups workflowsDesign develop applications using Oracle APEX reporting dashboards custom HR workflowsLead Data Migration activities including data mapping cleansing validation loading tools SQL Loader APIs custom scriptsRequired Skills and Qualifications :
Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence ManagementExpertise in Fast Formula development debuggingHands on experience with OAF Customization Oracle JDeveloperProficiency in Oracle APEX development custom applications reportingSolid experience in Data Migration techniques tools SQL Loaders API HDLStrong PL SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, personalization techniquesUnderstanding of HR business processes ability translate into Oracle solutionsExcellent communication documentation skillsBachelor s degree in computer science Information Technology related field5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS implementations supportExperience with Civil Services Policies Procedures roles in KSA, UAE or similar regionsOracle certifications in HRMS / HCM plus
