Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 Customer Insights Specialist to lead and support the implementation, customisation, and optimization of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer data platforms (CDPs), data integration, and customer journey mapping, with a passion for driving actionable insights from customer data.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights solutions.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, web, social, etc.) into Customer Insights.
  • Develop unified customer profiles and segments to support marketing, sales, and service initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and build dashboards and reports.
  • Customize and extend Customer Insights using Power Platform (Power Automate, Power BI, Power Apps).
  • Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on Customer Insights capabilities.
  • Stay current with Microsoft updates and best practices for Customer Insights and related technologies.

Required Qualifications :

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Insights (minimum 2–3 years).
  • Strong understanding of CDP concepts , customer data modeling, and segmentation.
  • Experience with Power Platform , Azure Data Services , and Dynamics 365 CRM .
  • Proficiency in data integration tools (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Power Query).
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 or Customer Insights are a plus.
  • Preferred Skills :

  • Experience in retail, financial services, or healthcare industries.
  • Knowledge of AI and machine learning capabilities within Customer Insights.
  • Ability to work in Agile environments and manage multiple priorities.
