CA Auditor

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Statutory Audit Executive to join our clients growing CA firm in Ahmedabad. This role offers strong exposure to large-scale statutory audits and regulatory compliance assignments across diverse industries. The ideal candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality audit engagements while working closely with partners senior professionals and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute statutory audit engagements from planning to finalization
  
• Handle audits of medium to large entities including companies with turnover exceeding 500 Crores
  
• Review financial statements to ensure compliance with applicable Accounting Standards and regulatory frameworks
  
• Conduct risk assessments and perform risk-based audit procedures
  
• Ensure compliance with:
  
• Companies Act
  
• Income Tax Act
  
• GST Regulations
  
• FEMA and other applicable laws
  
• Prepare detailed audit documentation working papers and draft reports
  
• Coordinate directly with clients to understand accounting systems internal controls and business processes
  
• Identify control gaps and provide practical value-added recommendations
  
• Support partners and seniors in complex assignments and client advisory matters
  
• Ensure timely completion of audits while maintaining high professional and ethical standards
  

Requirements

• Strong command over statutory audit methodology and compliance requirements
  
• Mandatory exposure to audits of large entities (500 Crores turnover)
  
• Working knowledge of:
  
• Taxation & GST
  
• Corporate Law & FEMA regulations
  
• Risk-based audit approach
  
• Strong analytical and financial reporting skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Excel and audit/accounting software
  
• Excellent documentation communication and interpersonal skills
  

Preferred (Good to Have)

• Exposure to forensic audits
  
• Experience in due diligence or valuation assignments
  
• Involvement in litigation support or special audit engagements
