New to bank acquisition of high end current accounts through open market lead generation and closure of target CASA in a month
Adherence to Bank policies and guidelines such as KYC & AML
Ensure successful onboarding of customer for a smooth transition to branch banking team.
Activation of customer Ensure that customer maintains required balances & starts transactions in his accounts (within M1 & Q1) 80% of customers to maintain specified AQB 75% penetration of internet banking 50% penetration of DSB.
Activities for lead generation
Cross sell Lead generation/ basic enquiry liaising with Branch Manager & product teams
(RBL trade FX CMS/DSB etc.) to offer right business solutions to the customer
Manager-Signature Banking To generate revenue from sourcing new to bank relationships from identified verticals and by cross selling of Wealth and business banking products to individuals and business owners
Increasing the Liability book and Investment AUM portfolio size through deepening and new acquisition.
2. Revenue generation through cross sell of business banking and wealth products like Trade Forex Insurance Investments Retail Assets etc.

Any other Experience required: Relevant Business Banking / Wealth Management Experience in Banks NBFC brokerage experience as below:Senior Relationship Manager 6 years Relationship Manager 3 6 years
3. Preferred Current Account Management (PCAM / PCARM) - City Head Refers to the city-level leadership position.
Team Leadership: Guiding mentoring and monitoring a team of Area Heads and relationship managers across a specific metropolitan city or urban hub.
Essential : Graduate with atleast 50%
Preferred : MBA / Post Graduate Degree in Financial/Accounting/ Banking Marketing or equivalent.
Essential : 5 years work experience in CA Acquisition Business Banking Trade Forex & Assets
Preferred : 5 years experience in managing CA / CASA acquisition team.
Must have good understanding of CA Trade & Forex CMS and Asset products - CC OD TL Export finance
Must possess good Excel and presentation skills.
4. NR RO / RM - Non-Resident Relationship Officer / Relationship Manager. This is a client-facing sales and portfolio management role within the banks Non-Resident Indian (NRI) banking division.
This is an NR acquisition role where the candidate has to do Open market Sourcing of NRI accounts for the clusters and also build alliance business through referral someone with NR acquisition background of minimum 1 or 2 years basic ask.
Crossell other banking products like GI /HI/LI to NR clients
Graduate Minimum 1 year in NR Sales
Requirements
Minimum Qualification - Graduate MBA Preferred
2 to 6 years of experience in New to Bank Current account acquisition with a bank preferably in the SME segment
Must possess good knowledge of commercial catchments and business segments for new to bank acquisition.
Should know the local language.
