About the Role

\n

We are seeking an experienced Architect with minimum 5 years of experienc e to join our Ahmedabad office. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on design and execution of large-scale architectural projects from concept through completion. The ideal candidate will combine design excellence, technical proficiency, and leadership skills to deliver high-quality outcomes across complex, multi-disciplinary developments.

Key Responsibilities

\n
    \n
  • Assist in the development of architectural concepts, design proposals, and presentation materials.
    • \n
  • Prepare architectural drawings, plans, layouts, and detailed working drawings.
    • \n
  • Develop 3D models, renderings, and visual presentations using industry-standard software.
    • \n
  • Support project teams in design coordination and documentation throughout various project stages.
    • \n
  • Participate in site visits, surveys, and coordination meetings with consultants and contractors.
    • \n
  • Research materials, building systems, construction methodologies, and relevant codes and regulations.
    • \n
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, functional, and sustainable design solutions.
    • \n
  • Assist in client presentations and project discussions as required.
    • \n
  • Stay informed about emerging architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices.
    • \n

Qualifications & Skills

\n
    \n
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture (B. Arch or M.Arch)
    • \n
  • Minim um 5 years of professional experie nce in architectural design
    • \n
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office
    • \n
  • Experience with rendering and visualization software such as Lumion or similar tools is an advantage
    • \n
  • Understanding of building regulations, construction techniques, and industry standards
    • \n
