ElevenX Capital - AI Product Manager

Location : Gurgaon (Work From Office - 5 Days/Week)

Shift Timing : 2 PM - 11 PM IST

About the Role :

We are hiring an experienced AI Product Manager (10+ years) with deep expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), AI/ML-driven product development, and real-world deployment of AI-powered solutions.

This role requires end- to-end ownership of AI product strategy, execution, roadmap design, and delivery of high- impact AI features in production environments.

You will work cross-functionally with engineering, data science, research, design, sales, and leadership teams to conceptualize, build, and scale next- generation AI products.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Product Strategy & Vision :

- Define, refine, and communicate the long-term AI product vision and strategy.

- Identify opportunities to apply LLMs, RAG, agentic workflows, automation, and advanced ML techniques to solve real business problems.

- Conduct market analysis, competitive benchmarking, and customer research to drive strategic prioritization.

2. Roadmap & Planning :

- Build a clear, data-driven AI product roadmap aligned with business objectives.

- Write and review PRDs, user stories, personas, acceptance criteria, and DOD documentation.

- Use prioritization frameworks such as RICE, MoSCoW, value-effort, etc.

3. Execution & AI Delivery :

- Partner closely with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality AI features.

- Drive MVP experimentation, A/B testing, prototype validation, and model evaluation.

- Ensure timely and high-quality releases with strong emphasis on model performance, reliability, and safety.

4. AI Metrics, Evaluation & Improvement :

- Define clear success metrics, OKRs, and product performance KPIs.

- Analyze user data, feedback, and model performance to drive continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on advancements in LLMs, generative AI, and AI architecture innovations.

Required Qualifications :

- 5+ years of Product Management experience, with at least 5+ years focused on AI/ML products.

- Demonstrated experience building and scaling Generative AI and LLM-powered products from concept to launch.

- Hands-on understanding of LLMs, RAG pipelines, agentic systems, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases, etc.

- Strong experience collaborating with AI/ML engineering and data science teams.

- Deep expertise in SaaS or platform-based AI products (B2B or B2C).

- Strong analytical and decision-making skills; ability to interpret complex data and model outputs.

- Proficiency with Agile, Jira, Confluence, and product lifecycle management tools.

- Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth, iterative product environment.

Nice-to-Have :

- Experience in EdTech, enterprise SaaS, customer experience platforms, or workflow automation products.

- Exposure to conversational AI (chat/voice bots) and generative interfaces.

- Understanding of MLOps, data pipelines, model monitoring, and AI governance.

- Shift : 2 PM - 11 PM IST

- Location : Gurgaon (In-office role)

- Working Days : Monday to Friday
