AI/ML Lead

Experience : 7+ Years

Location : Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop AI/ML models and algorithms that are scalable, efficient, and effective in solving complex problems.

- Hands-on technical guidance to data scientists team to develop and refine AI/ML models, and ensure that models are properly validated and tested.

- Work closely with software engineers to integrate AI/ML models into software applications and ensure seamless deployment.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and advancements in AI/ML, and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our solutions.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including code comments, technical reports, and presentations, to ensure that AI/ML solutions are properly documented and understood.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure that AI/ML code is of high quality, maintainable, and scalable.

- Collaborate with QA engineers to develop and execute comprehensive testing plans for AI/ML solutions.

- Work closely with operations teams to ensure that AI/ML solutions are properly deployed and maintained in production environments.

Requirements :

Must have :

- 7+ years of experience as a software engineer with a strong technical background in AI/ML.

- Recent hands-on experience of at least 4 years in AI/ML and generative AI technologies.

- Hands-on knowledge of application development on AWS and Azure cloud with various relevant services.

- Experience with conversational AI assistants using enterprise data, predictive analytics, text analytics, image analytics etc.

- Strong programming skills in languages as Python, Java, or C++.

- Experience with AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, OpenCV, Scikit-Learn, NLTK.

- Experience with data science tools such as Jupyter Notebook, pandas, or NumPy.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised and unsupervised learning, and deep learning techniques.

- Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and data visualization.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to debug and optimize AI/ML models and complex code.

Nice to have :

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Experience with containerization using Docker or Kubernetes.

- Experience with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes.

- Certification in AI/ML, such as Certified Data Scientist or Certified Machine Learning Engineer.
