Team Deepak Wadhwa is looking for an enthusiastic, creative, detail-oriented, and highly organised Social Media Manager who can take complete ownership of our digital presence across multiple platforms and help us scale our content to the next level.

This is not just a posting job. We are looking for someone who understands strategy, execution, audience behaviour, quality control, and content optimisation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and publish content across Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Telegram, and all other social media platforms.

• Upload YouTube videos with complete optimisation including SEO friendly Titles, Descriptions, Tags, Chapters, Time Stamps, End Screens, Cards, Playlists, and all other best practices to maximise discoverability.

• Write engaging, platform-specific captions and content copy while maintaining the brand's communication style.

• Handle audience engagement by responding to comments, messages, replies, and DMs in a professional and timely manner.

• Plan and publish Instagram Stories, Polls, Q&A sessions, Broadcast Channels, and other interactive content to improve audience engagement.

• Manage Linktree and ensure all links, campaigns, products, registrations, and landing pages remain updated at all times.

• Manage Telegram communities and ensure healthy engagement, moderation, announcements, and communication.

• Conduct regular research on social media trends, viral content formats, competitors, industry updates, trending audio, and emerging platform features.

• Coordinate closely with content writers by providing research inputs, feedback, improvements, and creative suggestions.

• Create high-converting and high CTR thumbnails using AI tools and design software while maintaining brand consistency.

• Review every piece of content before publishing to ensure quality, branding, accuracy, and consistency across all platforms.

• Coordinate with editors, designers, writers, videographers, and the creative team to ensure smooth execution of the complete content pipeline.

• Edit short-form content and prepare engaging Reels, Shorts, and promotional videos whenever required.

• Track fan pages, monitor brand mentions, prepare performance reports, and identify opportunities to improve organic reach and engagement.

• Maintain proper content calendars, publishing schedules, campaign trackers, and performance reports.

• Travel to studios, shooting locations, or events whenever required to support content production, script coordination, publishing, and overall execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.

• Strong understanding of Instagram, YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and Telegram.

• Good knowledge of YouTube SEO and content optimisation.

• Strong understanding of content strategy, audience psychology, and platform algorithms.

• Experience with Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar creative tools.

• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation, image generation, thumbnail creation, copywriting, and workflow automation.

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to multitask and work under deadlines without compromising quality.

• A creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities.

• Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, content management, or creator ecosystem will be preferred.
