Group Brand & Communications Lead marketing communications strategies that create business impact across the UK & US Role Overview IMS Group is looking for a Group Brand & Communications to drive and strengthen the corporate brand across all group companies. This role will focus on enhancing the visibility, reputation, and positioning of IMS Group through strategic brand initiatives, employer branding, executive thought leadership, internal communications, PR activities, and corporate events. Unlike business-unit marketing roles, this position will not be responsible for lead generation, demand generation, or product marketing. The primary focus will be on building and managing the IMS Group brand and supporting group-wide initiatives. Key Responsibilities Corporate Brand Management Employer Branding Executive & Stakeholder Thought Leadership Public Relations & Corporate Communications Internal Events & Employee Engagement · Plan and execute key internal events, including: o H1 Meetings o Annual Meetings o Town Halls o Leadership Events o Employee Engagement Programmes o Recognition & Rewards Events HR & Corporate Marketing Support Social Media & Corporate Presence Key Deliverables · Strengthened IMS Group brand positioning. · Increased corporate brand visibility and share of voice. · Consistent executive thought leadership presence. · Successful execution of all major group events. · Enhanced employer branding and employee engagement. · Improved media coverage and PR visibility. · Growth in corporate social media engagement and followers. · Stakeholder management
