Job Responsibilities:

• Develop BIW welding fixture 2D / 3D finish / concepts based on customer requirements
• Create concept layouts and 3D models using CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
• Prepare feasibility studies and fixture design concepts
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and project teams
• Ensure designs comply with automotive standards and GD&T principles
  
  

Required Skills:

• Experience in BIW Fixture 2D / 3D / Concept Design
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 / NX / Fides
• Knowledge of welding fixtures, tooling, clamps, locators, and automotive manufacturing
• Understanding of GD&T and tolerance stack-up
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
