Role Description The Publisher Account Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for managing and growing relationships with publisher partners on the Encore Affiliates network. Day-to-day tasks include onboarding new publishers, monitoring performance metrics, optimizing campaigns, and providing strategic guidance to help partners increase conversions and revenue. The role involves coordinating with internal teams to resolve technical or operational issues, ensuring timely and accurate payouts, and identifying new opportunities for cross-promotion or expansion. The Publisher Account Manager will also analyze traffic quality, prepare performance reports, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. This position requires proactive outreach, consistent follow-up, and a focus on maintaining high levels of partner satisfaction and long-term retention.
